Elle marie \u00e0 merveille le <strong>fondant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9<\/strong> du potiron et le <strong>caract\u00e8re sal\u00e9<\/strong> de la feta. L\u2019<strong>oignon dor\u00e9<\/strong>, le <strong>thym frais<\/strong> et l\u2019<strong>appareil cr\u00e9meux aux \u0153ufs<\/strong> viennent lier le tout dans une <strong>tarte moelleuse et parfum\u00e9e<\/strong> qui s\u00e9duit petits et grands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Simple, rapide et efficace<\/strong>, cette quiche est pr\u00eate en quelques gestes. Un vrai plat du printemps \u00e0 avoir dans ses classiques !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-ingredients-pour-une-quiche-potiron-feta-pour-4-a-6-personnes\">Les ingr\u00e9dients pour une quiche potiron-feta pour 4 \u00e0 6 personnes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e<\/strong> (maison ou du commerce)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>500 g de potiron<\/strong> (ou butternut)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g de feta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 \u0153ufs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>20 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>10 cl de lait<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 oignon<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quelques brins de thym frais<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sel, poivre<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-etapes-pour-reussir-cette-quiche-fondante-et-doree\">Les \u00e9tapes pour r\u00e9ussir cette quiche fondante et dor\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 <strong>180 \u00b0C (th.6)<\/strong>. \u00c9pluchez le potiron et <strong>d\u00e9taillez-le en petits d\u00e9s<\/strong>. Faites-le cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou \u00e0 l\u2019eau bouillante pendant environ 10 minutes. Il doit \u00eatre <strong>tendre sans s\u2019\u00e9craser<\/strong>. \u00c9gouttez soigneusement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, <strong>\u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon<\/strong> et faites-le revenir dans une po\u00eale avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Lorsqu\u2019il devient translucide, ajoutez les d\u00e9s de potiron. Faites-les dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, puis assaisonnez avec <strong>sel, poivre<\/strong> et <strong>thym frais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9roulez la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 tarte et piquez le fond. <strong>R\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange potiron-oignon<\/strong>, puis parsemez de <strong>feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e<\/strong>. Dans un bol, battez les \u0153ufs avec la cr\u00e8me et le lait. Salez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (la feta l\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0) et poivrez. Versez cet appareil sur la tarte, ajoutez un peu de thym sur le dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enfournez pour 30 \u00e0 35 minutes<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la quiche soit <strong>dor\u00e9e et bien prise<\/strong>. Servez ti\u00e8de ou froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-base-a-personnaliser-toute-la-saison\">Une base \u00e0 personnaliser toute la saison<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette peut devenir une v\u00e9ritable toile vierge culinaire. Vous pouvez varier les plaisirs en rempla\u00e7ant la <strong>feta<\/strong> par du <strong>ch\u00e8vre frais<\/strong>, ou en ajoutant des <strong>noix concass\u00e9es<\/strong> pour plus de <strong>croquant<\/strong>. Une pointe de <strong>muscade<\/strong>, quelques <strong>d\u00e9s de poire<\/strong> ou m\u00eame des <strong>lardons fum\u00e9s<\/strong> peuvent \u00e9galement surprendre agr\u00e9ablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une version encore plus <strong>printani\u00e8re<\/strong>, parsemez de <strong>jeunes pousses<\/strong>, de <strong>fines herbes<\/strong> ou de quelques <strong>fleurs comestibles<\/strong> juste avant de servir.
