Cette <strong>banitsa aux trois fromages<\/strong> en fait clairement partie. \u00c0 la premi\u00e8re bouch\u00e9e, on comprend que ce plat, typique de la cuisine bulgare, a tout d\u2019un tr\u00e9sor cach\u00e9 : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.larousse.fr\/articles\/cuisine\/feuilletage-croustillant-coeur-chocolat-fondant-la-tresse-magique-qui-rechauffe-vos-gouters-dautomne\">une texture croustillante<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, un c\u0153ur fondant et bien <strong>ultra fromager<\/strong>, le tout relev\u00e9 par la finesse de la p\u00e2te filo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la maison, j\u2019ai test\u00e9 cette version inspir\u00e9e par <strong>Marie Boudia<\/strong>, et je peux vous dire que les enfants comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.larousse.fr\/articles\/cuisine\/croustillant-dessus-fondant-dessous-ce-parmentier-de-canard-express-fait-chavirer-les-soirees-dautomne\">les adultes ont ador\u00e9<\/a>. Servie avec une simple salade verte, elle fait un d\u00eener complet, savoureux, et qui change vraiment de la routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit bonus ? Ce plat se pr\u00e9pare en un rien de temps et s\u2019adapte \u00e0 toutes les saisons. C\u2019est exactement le genre de recette qu\u2019on garde pr\u00e9cieusement dans ses favoris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tout-ce-qu-il-vous-faut-pour-preparer-une-banitsa-fromagere-pour-4-personnes\">Tout ce qu\u2019il vous faut pour pr\u00e9parer une banitsa fromag\u00e8re pour 4 personnes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>8 feuilles de brick<\/strong> (ou de p\u00e2te filo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g de f\u00e9ta<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>150 g de fromage blanc<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75 g d\u2019emmental r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>30 g de mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 \u0153ufs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1,5 g de levure chimique<\/strong> (soit environ une demi-cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>75 g de beurre<\/strong> fondu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>45 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poivre<\/strong> (inutile de saler, les fromages s\u2019en chargent !)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Graines de nigelle<\/strong> ou de s\u00e9same noir (facultatif, pour la touche finale)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-methode-ultra-simple-pour-une-banitsa-crousti-fondante-en-35-minutes\">La m\u00e9thode ultra simple pour une banitsa crousti-fondante en 35 minutes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencez par pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans un grand saladier, <strong>battez les \u0153ufs<\/strong> avec le fromage blanc, la levure chimique, l\u2019emmental, la mozzarella et la f\u00e9ta \u00e9miett\u00e9e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez l\u2019eau et le beurre fondu, <strong>poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement<\/strong>, et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurrez un moule \u00e0 tarte, puis d\u00e9posez deux feuilles de brick en les superposant. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Versez un quart de la pr\u00e9paration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommencez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des feuilles et du m\u00e9lange, en terminant par une couche de garniture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saupoudrez de graines de nigelle ou de s\u00e9same si vous en avez sous la main, puis enfournez pour <strong>environ 35 minutes<\/strong>.
