Avec sa texture <strong>moelleuse \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re<\/strong>, ses <strong>notes intenses de chocolat noir<\/strong>, ses <strong>noix croquantes<\/strong> et ses tourbillons de <strong>beurre de cacahu\u00e8te crunchy<\/strong>, il a ce petit go\u00fbt de \u00ab\u00a0reviens-y\u00a0\u00bb irr\u00e9sistible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il suffit d\u2019une part encore ti\u00e8de, un peu coulante au centre, pour que tout le monde se l\u00e8ve de table avec le sourire. Le contraste entre le <strong>fondant du chocolat<\/strong> et le <strong>croquant des \u00e9clats de noix<\/strong> cr\u00e9e une sensation qu\u2019on n\u2019oublie pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspir\u00e9 de la recette de l\u2019influenceuse Lilouu Cookies, ce brownie ne prend que quelques minutes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et r\u00e9concilie tout le monde : les amateurs de chocolat fort comme les fans de desserts ultra gourmands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-ingredients-pour-un-brownie-de-6-a-8-parts\">Les ingr\u00e9dients pour un brownie de 6 \u00e0 8 parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>120 g de beurre<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>200 g de chocolat noir<\/strong> (minimum 60 % de cacao)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 \u0153ufs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>120 g de sucre blanc<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>90 g de farine<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>60 g de noix<\/strong> (noix, amandes, cacahu\u00e8tes, selon vos go\u00fbts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beurre de cacahu\u00e8te crunchy<\/strong> (2 \u00e0 3 cuill\u00e8res)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-realiser-un-brownie-moelleux-au-coeur-et-croustillant-au-dessus\">Comment r\u00e9aliser un brownie moelleux au c\u0153ur et croustillant au dessus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>. Faites fondre ensemble le <strong>beurre<\/strong> et le <strong>chocolat noir<\/strong> (au micro-ondes ou au bain-marie). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, battez les <strong>\u0153ufs<\/strong> avec le <strong>sucre<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne mousseux et clair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le <strong>chocolat fondu<\/strong>, puis la <strong>farine<\/strong> et le <strong>sel<\/strong>, en m\u00e9langeant bien pour obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporez les <strong>noix grossi\u00e8rement concass\u00e9es<\/strong>. Chemisez un <strong>moule carr\u00e9<\/strong> ou rectangulaire de papier cuisson, versez-y la pr\u00e9paration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez \u00e0 la surface quelques <strong>cuill\u00e8res de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te<\/strong>, et tracez des motifs marbr\u00e9s avec la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau (sans trop m\u00e9langer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez pour <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> si vous aimez les brownies <strong>fondants<\/strong>, presque coulants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prolongez la cuisson de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes pour une version <strong>plus ferme<\/strong> et transportable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-classique-americain-revisite-pour-encore-plus-de-plaisir\">Un classique am\u00e9ricain revisit\u00e9 pour encore plus de plaisir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce brownie est <strong>simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser<\/strong>, mais il fait toujours sensation. Le <strong>beurre de cacahu\u00e8te crunchy<\/strong> apporte une texture in\u00e9dite et une pointe de sel qui rel\u00e8ve le chocolat. Servez-le ti\u00e8de avec une <strong>cr\u00e8me anglaise<\/strong>, une boule de <strong>glace vanille<\/strong>, ou tout simplement nature.
